To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase. Please note that opened products are NOT eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Your Return Label — We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your product.
3. Ship It Back — Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier.
